I need an at-home Covid test kit that I don’t see on your website. Can you help? 

Yes. We carry both Point-of-Care rapid antigen Covid tests and over-the-counter Covid tests that aren’t on the website. 

 

Is it difficult to use an at-home Covid-19 test kit? 

Nope! After reading the manufacturer’s package insert (instructions on how to do the test), nearly nobody has trouble operating the tests. But they will differ slightly from brand to brand.

 

Where can I find Covid-19 tests instructions for use?

The manufacturer’s package inserts are downloadable on our product pages under “More Info” or "Package Inserts" and are included in every box purchase.

ORDERS

I just placed my order online. Now what?

You should immediately receive an order confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled (usually the same day, except for weekends) you will receive another email. Then you will receive one more when your box is shipped. You will also be given tracking info to follow your order from the warehouse to your front door.

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 1pm EST will ship same day. Items will ship via UPS Ground service (or equivalent). If you need to expedite shipping please call 888-877-1846 to make arrangements. For more details see our Shipping and Returns page.
